Withdrawal Form

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, if you have made a distance purchase with the right of withdrawal, you can use this model form (or any other unequivocal statement) to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or the conclusion of the service contract.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for the amount paid, including initial delivery costs (subject to statutory exceptions), within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, without prejudice to our right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct from the reimbursement the value of such handling.
